Although The Animal Ophthalmology Center does not conduct CERF Clinics on our premises, clients may schedule individual CERF examinations by appointment. CERF appointment days are Monday and Wednesday only.

Notice To All CERF Clients

We schedule a specific period of time for CERF examination appointments based on the number of dogs you specify when establishing the appointment. This examination time is scheduled specifically for you and eliminates appointments that would be scheduled for other animals during this time.

In the past CERF clients have scheduled CERF appointments for a specific number of dogs and have either failed to appear for the appointment, or have arrived for the appointment with fewer dogs than were scheduled. We understand that circumstances change which may affect the number of dogs you scheduled for CERF appointments. We have always requested that you provide us the courtesy of at least 24 hours advance notice so that we can fill these scheduled times with other appointments.

All CERF appointments of five dogs of more must be reserved by credit card

CERF clients will be charged based on the number of dogs indicated when the appointment was scheduled. Clients will be charged unless we are provided with at least 24 hours notification of cancellation or change in the number of dogs scheduled for the appointment.
